  • How do you charge for your services?

    Depending on the project we either charge an hourly rate, per person cost or total management fee. More often or not, especially when dealing with conferences, we combine all three. That way we can ensure you only pay for what you use. All of our costs are supplied to you upfront so that you have no surprises at any stage.

  • Where in Australia do you operate?

    Our main office is located in Sydney, however we have staff across Australia and so, as many of our clients can testify, we are able to successfully co-ordinate Conferences, Training Sessions and Seminars around the country.

  • How much of the Conference can we organise ourselves?

    Because of our unique pricing structure we can offer you a partial service if you do not want us to handle 100% of the arrangements and make sure that is all you pay for. In addition, if you have us working on your conference we can offer you our expertise on additional areas, even if you are handling certain aspects yourself.

  • What is a Personal Business Manager?

    A Personal Business Manager will be assigned to you when booking a Conference or Incentive Program with Swish Business. That person will then be your one contact throughout the process meaning you won't be passed from department to department and you will be able to build a real relationship with your Personal Business Manager that enables us to really tailor our products to suit your needs.

  • Where do you source your speakers from?

    By delving into the resources provided by Swish Events and the various relationships we have built with past clients, from some of the most major corporations in the country, we can offer a complete variety of specialists speakers. Because these people are experts in their field, as well as people we have great relationships with, we know they will deliver a superior product.

  • What buying power do you have to get me the best prices?

    Known as a company with a great reputation and highly regarded clients means we have many venues, operators and suppliers that are keen to work with us. In return we are able to negotiate some fantastic packages and rates which ultimately gets you the best at the best price!

  • How can a customer focus seminar help me?
